Welcome to my website! My name is Baru A. Dacasin and I am a film photography hobbyist living and working in Manila, Philippines.
My photos are about my childhood memories, my dreams and nightmares, my fears and weaknesses, and feelings I can't find words to express.
It's a collection of film images taken over the course of more than ten years of adventure and curiosity. From portraits of strangers to street photography and anything in between.
Why film? Because I want things to be a little more challenging when I am taking pictures. Easy is boring.
